Description
Soon Hari Lychee is a smooth Korean soju infused with fragrant lychee flavor, bottled at 12% ABV for a lighter, easy-drinking style.
Expect lychee aromas, a soft, sweet palate with a refreshing fruity character, and a clean, short finish. Flavored sojus are gently sweet and low in alcohol compared with traditional spirits. As with most liqueurs, the flavor is concentrated and sweet, so a small pour or a splash in a cocktail goes a long way.
Serve it well chilled, straight from the bottle into small glasses, or over ice. It pairs well with Korean barbecue and spicy dishes. It also pairs well with desserts, fruit and sparkling wine, and makes a handy modifier for home bartending. The 375ml half-bottle is a practical way to try it without committing to a full bottle.
