Description
Southern Comfort is the classic American whiskey liqueur, a sweet blend of whiskey, fruit and spice that has been a bar staple since the 19th century.
Expect notes of stewed fruit, vanilla and warm spice, a sweet, smooth palate, and a mellow finish. It is more of a fruit-and-spice liqueur than a straight whiskey. As with most liqueurs, the flavor is concentrated and sweet, so a small pour or a splash in a cocktail goes a long way.
