Description
Yamazaki 12 Year is the whisky that launched Japan's single malt category, distilled at Suntory's Yamazaki Distillery, the country's first malt distillery, founded in 1923 near Kyoto. Part of its complexity comes from maturation that includes rare Japanese Mizunara oak, lending an unmistakable depth of honey, dried fruit, and incense. A multi-award-winning icon, Yamazaki 12 remains one of the most revered and sought-after Japanese single malts in the world.
