Made exclusively from a single vineyard grown at an altitude of 726 meters on Mount Malkiya in the Upper Galilee. This world class Cabernet offers aromas and flavors of cassis, black currant, bell pepper, herbs and chocolate. It is first aged for 24 months in new French oak barrels, the wine is then aged for an additional year in the winery cellars adding further depth and complexity to the wine. Finally, the surprisingly soft tannins lead to a juicy enduring finish.
