Description
Taylor Cream Sherry is a full-bodied dessert wine, deep amber in hue, with a medley of sweet and nutty flavors. A 750ml bottle serves about five glasses. A dependable choice for weeknight dinners, family gatherings, holiday meals, hosting guests or a relaxed evening at home.
Tasting profile: Cream sherry is typically sweet and full-bodied, with raisin, caramel and toasted nut notes and a smooth, warming finish.
Serve chilled or over ice, or pour over ice cream; it also pairs with nuts and fruitcake. Pour it in clean glasses, and let the bottle settle a few minutes after opening. Once opened, reseal the bottle and store it cool; fortified and sweet wines keep well for a few weeks.
