Description
Terra Vega Pinot Noir is a kosher red wine from the Terra Vega label, bottled in the standard 750ml size for everyday meals and gatherings.
Pinot Noir is typically light to medium in body, with red cherry, raspberry and a touch of earthy spice, bright acidity and silky tannins. Its lighter body and bright acidity make it unusually versatile at the table, and it is a good bridge between red-wine and white-wine drinkers.
Serve lightly chilled, around 55 degrees F, with roast chicken, salmon or mushroom dishes. A short chill and a few minutes in the glass help the fruit and aroma show at their best.
