Description
Terra Vega Sauvignon Blanc is a kosher white wine from the Terra Vega label, bottled in the standard 750ml size for everyday meals and gatherings.
Sauvignon Blanc is typically crisp and aromatic, with citrus, green apple and tropical notes, lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. Its vivid acidity makes it a natural match for goat cheese, shellfish and green vegetables, and it is best enjoyed young while the fruit is at its freshest.
Serve well chilled with seafood, salads, soft cheeses or lighter fare. Keep the bottle cold, and once opened, re-cork and refrigerate to keep it fresh for a day or two.
