Tishbi Cabernet Franc is a kosher red from Tishbi Estate Winery, a family-run Israeli winery known for its vineyards and visitor center.
Cabernet Franc typically offers red currant, raspberry and a savory herbal edge, with medium body and polished tannins. Often blended with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Cabernet Franc on its own is lighter and more aromatic, with a savory edge that works well with food.
Serve at cool room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees F, alongside grilled meats, roasts or hard cheeses.
