Description
Tishbi Estate Pinot Noir is a kosher red from Tishbi Estate Winery, a family-run Israeli winery.
Pinot Noir is typically light to medium in body, with red cherry, raspberry and a touch of earthy spice, bright acidity and silky tannins. Its lighter body and bright acidity make it unusually versatile at the table, and it is a good bridge between red-wine and white-wine drinkers.
Serve lightly chilled, around 55 degrees F, with roast chicken, salmon or mushroom dishes. A short chill and a few minutes in the glass help the fruit and aroma show at their best. It is a straightforward choice for everyday drinking and pairs easily with a wide range of dishes.
