Description
Tishbi Petit Verdot is a kosher red from Tishbi Estate Winery, a family-run Israeli winery.
Petit Verdot is typically deeply colored and structured, with blackberry, violet and peppery spice, firm tannins and a long finish. Often used as a blending grape for color and spice, Petit Verdot can also stand on its own as a bold, concentrated red that rewards decanting.
Serve at cool room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees F, alongside grilled meats, roasts or hard cheeses. Open the bottle about thirty minutes before serving so the wine can breathe and the flavors can show. It is a straightforward choice for everyday drinking and pairs easily with a wide range of dishes.
