Description
Tres Erres Pisco Moai is a Chilean grape brandy distilled from aromatic wine grapes. This is the 750ml bottle.
Expect a smooth, floral, fruit-forward character with citrus and grape, ending clean. Pisco is made by distilling fermented grape juice and is normally rested in neutral vessels rather than oak, so the grape aromatics stay pure. It is the base of the Pisco Sour, made with lime juice, simple syrup, egg white and bitters, and it also works in a Chilcano with ginger ale and lime.
It is an essential base for a Pisco Sour, or sip it chilled. Serve cold to bring out the floral lift, and garnish with a lime wheel or a few drops of bitters.
