Description
Ungava Canadian Gin is a distinctive gin from Canada, inspired by the far north and made with wild Arctic botanicals including juniper, cloudberry, Labrador tea and rose hip. Those botanicals give it a naturally pale golden-green tint that sets it apart from most gins.
Expect juniper, floral and herbal aromas with a hint of citrus, a smooth, slightly sweet palate and a clean, fresh finish. Its botanical balance keeps it dry and versatile rather than sweet or heavy, so it holds its own with tonic, soda or vermouth.
It makes a bright gin and tonic with a slice of lemon or grapefruit, and shines in a Martini or Gimlet. Serve it well chilled and garnish to suit the botanicals for the best result.
