Description
Ventura Cabernet Franc is a kosher red from Domaine Ventura made from the Cabernet Franc grape.
Cabernet Franc typically offers red currant, raspberry and a savory herbal edge, with medium body and polished tannins. Often blended with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Cabernet Franc on its own is lighter and more aromatic, with a savory edge that works well with food.
Serve at cool room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees F, alongside grilled meats, roasts or hard cheeses. Open the bottle about thirty minutes before serving so the wine can breathe and the flavors can show. It is a straightforward choice for everyday drinking and pairs easily with a wide range of dishes.
