Description
Veuve Clicquot Rich is a French Champagne created to be served over ice and mixed with fruit or garnishes. It is a sweeter style than the house Brut.
Expect vibrant flavors of ripe fruit and citrus, with fine bubbles and a fresh, generous character. Like most sparkling wines in this style, it is meant to be enjoyed young and fresh, with a steady stream of fine bubbles that lifts the fruit and keeps the finish clean.
Serve in a large glass over ice, garnished with fruit or herbs such as grapefruit, cucumber or mint, for a modern take on Champagne. For the best bubbles, chill it thoroughly for at least three hours, open it gently, and pour into a flute or tulip glass rather than a wide coupe.
