Description
Widow Jane 10 Year is the signature bourbon from Widow Jane, hand assembled in Brooklyn from straight bourbons sourced from Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee. Each batch is blended from just five barrels, then non-chill filtered and proofed down with mineral water from the Rosendale limestone mines in New York's Hudson Valley.
The aroma shows vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and cream. The palate brings orange, maple, cherry and almond, finishing with charred oak and spice. The limestone water gives the whiskey a notably smooth, full texture.
This 375ml bottle is a handy size to try it. Sip it neat or over a single large cube, or use it in an Old Fashioned.
