Description
Yarden 2T Red is a kosher red from Golan Heights Winery's Yarden line, a blend of Touriga Nacional and Tempranillo. Yarden is the flagship label of Golan Heights Winery in northern Israel.
Reds in this style typically pair ripe dark fruit such as blackberry and plum with soft spice and a smooth, balanced finish. Wines of this kind are made to be approachable and flexible at the table, a good everyday option for family meals, casual gatherings and holiday tables.
Serve at cool room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees F, alongside grilled meats, roasts or hard cheeses. Open the bottle about thirty minutes before serving so the wine can breathe and the flavors can show.
