Description
Yarden Brut Rosé is a kosher sparkling rosé from Yarden, the premium label of Israel's Golan Heights Winery. It is made in the dry Brut style.
Expect red berry flavors such as strawberry and raspberry, with fine bubbles, crisp acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. Like most sparkling wines in this style, it is meant to be enjoyed young and fresh, with a steady stream of fine bubbles that lifts the fruit and keeps the finish clean.
Serve well chilled at holiday meals, celebrations and simchas, with salmon, salads and light appetizers. For the best bubbles, chill it thoroughly for at least three hours, open it gently, and pour into a flute or tulip glass rather than a wide coupe.
