Yatir Darom Red Blend is a kosher Israeli red blend from Yatir Winery's Darom line. Yatir Winery sits beside Israel's Yatir Forest on the edge of the Negev.
Reds in this style typically pair ripe dark fruit such as blackberry and plum with soft spice and a smooth, balanced finish. Wines of this kind are made to be approachable and flexible at the table, a good everyday option for family meals, casual gatherings and holiday tables.
Serve at cool room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees F, alongside grilled meats, roasts or hard cheeses. Open the bottle about thirty minutes before serving so the wine can breathe and the flavors can show.
