Yatir Rosé is a kosher Israeli rosé from Yatir Winery. Yatir Winery sits beside Israel's Yatir Forest on the edge of the Negev.
Dry rosé is typically pale and refreshing, with red berry, citrus and melon notes, crisp acidity and a clean finish. Light, refreshing and food-friendly, a good rosé is as happy at a picnic as it is with grilled fish, summer salads or charcuterie.
