Description
Yogev Cabernet Sauvignon Petit Verdot is a kosher Israeli red blend that pairs Cabernet Sauvignon with the deep color and spice of Petit Verdot.
Cabernet Sauvignon is typically full-bodied, with blackcurrant, blackberry and cedar notes, hints of spice, and firm tannins that carry a lingering finish. The grape's firm structure suits aging in the bottle for a few years, though bottles like this are generally made to be enjoyed on release, and decanting for twenty minutes helps open up the aromas.
Serve at cool room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees F, alongside grilled meats, roasts or hard cheeses. Open the bottle about thirty minutes before serving so the wine can breathe and the flavors can show.
