Description
Amor Mío Extra Añejo is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown around Amatitán, in the lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico, by a brand founded in 1996 by Jesús Partida. The agave is cooked in traditional brick ovens, fermented in stainless steel, double-distilled in pot stills, and aged 48 months in French oak barrels, presented in a hand-crafted ceramic decanter.
The extended aging delivers a complex nose of wood, vanilla, chocolate and nuts, with a rich palate of caramel, butterscotch and dried fruit leading to a long, warm finish.
