Description
Cabal Blanco Still Strength is an undiluted, high-proof blanco tequila that captures pure agave intensity. It is bottled at still strength rather than being cut down with water.
Expect bold, concentrated cooked agave, citrus peel and white pepper with a powerful, long finish. Unaged tequila keeps the character of the agave front and center, with cooked agave, citrus peel and a touch of black pepper typical of the style.
Sip it neat in small amounts, add a few drops of water to open it up, or use it in a bold Margarita. It is equally at home in a Margarita, Paloma or Ranch Water as it is served neat in a small glass or over one large ice cube.
