Description
Don Fulano Extra Añejo is a 100% blue agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, extensively aged in oak barrels to reach the extra añejo category, prized among connoisseurs for depth and complexity. Expect rich cooked agave layered with dried fruit, oak and warm spice, finishing long and smooth. Best enjoyed neat in a snifter to appreciate its full character. An extra añejo is aged for more than three years, the longest aging category for tequila, and the extra time in wood builds real depth.
Sip it slowly and neat, with a few drops of water if you like, alongside dark chocolate or a cigar-style after-dinner pairing. A good pick for collectors and for anyone marking a milestone.
