Description
Don Ramón Extra Añejo Cristalino is a luxuriously smooth tequila aged in oak, then meticulously filtered to strip away color while preserving the flavor of extended maturation - leaving a crystal-clear spirit with the depth of an extra añejo. Made from 100% blue Weber agave in Jalisco, it shows cooked agave, vanilla, caramel and toasted oak, finishing clean, sweet and mellow. Beautiful sipped neat or over a large cube. An extra añejo is aged for more than three years, the longest aging category for tequila, and the extra time in wood builds real depth.
Best enjoyed neat at room temperature in a snifter or Glencairn glass, in small pours after dinner. It is a fitting gift for a special occasion. A good pick for collectors and for anyone marking a milestone.
