Elijah Craig 18 Year is a prized single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, the family-owned distillery that helped pioneer extra-aged bourbon. Resting a full 18 years in new charred American oak, each barrel is bottled on its own, giving this limited release remarkable depth and individual character. Aged oak, vanilla, and caramel give way to dark chocolate, leather, and baking spice across a long, warming close. A benchmark long-aged bourbon sought by collectors.
