Description
General Full Proof Blanco is an unaged blanco (silver) tequila from Mexico. Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested only briefly, so it shows the purest expression of the agave.
The Full Proof name points to its higher bottling strength, so expect a bold, concentrated agave character with citrus and pepper and a warm finish.
Pour it neat or chilled to appreciate the agave, or put it to work in a margarita, paloma or ranch water. It pairs well with ceviche, tacos and other fresh, citrusy dishes. A versatile bottle for everyday cocktails, backyard gatherings and parties.
Store it upright in a cool, dark place, and once opened it keeps well for months.
