Description
Hurst Knoll is Rare Character's Kentucky Straight Rye, a high-rye whiskey aged at least seven years and bottled at a versatile 101 proof. Founder Pablo Moix designed this release specifically for cocktail durability, building a spice-forward backbone that holds its own in a Manhattan or sazerac while remaining a rewarding pour neat. Rare Character has earned a devoted following for sourcing and bottling characterful, transparent whiskey, and Hurst Knoll showcases that eye for quality at an everyday-luxury proof point.
