Legent Yamazaki Cask Finish begins as a Kentucky straight bourbon and is finished in Yamazaki Japanese whisky casks. It is bottled at 57 percent ABV and blends American bourbon-making with Japanese cask influence.
Expect bourbon sweetness with caramel and vanilla, layered with subtle Japanese oak spice and dried fruit, and a long, warm finish. It is a high-proof bourbon, so water can help. Whisky styles vary widely around the world, and each region's climate, grain and cask choices shape the flavor in its own way.
