Description
Raasay While We Wait is a single malt from the Isle of Raasay Distillery, a young distillery off Scotland's west coast. It is a modern island Scotch from a producer that is still building its reputation.
Coastal and island malts typically add a touch of salt and maritime character to honeyed fruit and malt, with a long, warming finish. Individual bottlings vary, so treat these notes as typical of the style rather than a precise tasting profile for this bottle.
Serve neat or with a few drops of water, and try it with smoked salmon or sharp cheese. A bottle that rewards slow sipping at the end of a meal. Please drink responsibly. Must be 21 or older to purchase.
