Description
Blood Oath Pact 7 is the seventh release in Lux Row Distillers' annual Blood Oath series, a small-batch blend of aged Kentucky bourbons married together and finished in wine casks under head distiller John Rempe. Each Pact is bottled once and never repeated, making it a sought-after release for collectors who follow the series year to year.
Expect a rich profile of caramel, dark fruit, toasted oak, and warm baking spice, with added depth and gentle sweetness from its wine-cask finishing. Non-chill filtered, it rewards slow sipping neat or with a single ice cube.
Serve neat or over a large cube to appreciate the grain and oak, or use it in an Old Fashioned, Manhattan or Whiskey Sour. It pairs well with smoked meats, dark chocolate and aged cheeses.
