Description
Caballito Cerrero Reposado Azul is an artisanal destilado de agave from the historic Santa Rita distillery in Amatitán, Jalisco, one of the oldest agave-distilling sites in Mexico. Made from blue Weber agave cooked in a brick steam oven and rested in American oak, it carries a rustic, traditional character with cooked agave, light oak and earthy minerality.
Bottled outside standard Tequila regulations as a small-batch agave spirit, it is prized by agave enthusiasts for its old-style, terroir-driven profile. Best sipped neat.
