Description
Don Julio Reposado Orange Cask is a reposado tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave and rested in oak barrels previously used for orange-infused spirits, adding a citrus dimension to Don Julio's signature smoothness. Expect cooked agave and vanilla layered with bright orange and light oak spice, finishing smooth and refreshing. Great neat, on the rocks, or in a citrus-forward cocktail. A reposado is rested in oak for a period of two to twelve months, which softens the spirit and adds gentle wood character without hiding the agave.
Sip it neat or over a large cube, or use it for a richer margarita or a tequila old fashioned. It pairs nicely with grilled meats, tacos al pastor and mole. A great all-rounder that works as well in a cocktail as it does in a glass on its own.
