Description
Dragon's Milk Origin Toasted Barrel is New Holland Spirits' cask-strength small-batch bourbon, distilled on a prohibition-era copper pot still from a 70% corn / 25% malted barley / 5% rye mash bill. This 2025F batch, nicknamed "Candy Shop" by reviewers, aged five years before finishing in a hand-selected toasted oak and port barrel, landing at a robust 120.7 proof. Released twice a year in tiny quantities at New Holland's pub and tasting room.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Oatmeal cream cookies and fresh scones.
Palate: Strawberry crepes, brown sugar and toasted oak.
Finish: Rich chocolate pudding with lingering warmth.
