Description
Laneta Extra Añejo is a 100% blue agave tequila given extended aging in oak barrels to reach the extra añejo category, delivering exceptional depth. Expect rich notes of dried fruit, caramel, oak and warm spice over a cooked-agave base, with a long, smooth finish. Best enjoyed neat. An extra añejo is aged for more than three years, the longest aging category for tequila, and the extra time in wood builds real depth.
Sip it slowly and neat, with a few drops of water if you like, alongside dark chocolate or a cigar-style after-dinner pairing. A good pick for collectors and for anyone marking a milestone.
